Hi! I’m Lauren and I am the creator and owner of Single Barrel Soaps. I design and make handcrafted artisan soap, bath and body products in small batches that are inspired by my life and places I’ve lived.
My goal with Single Barrel Soaps is to give people a little piece of self care that they can have every day, for the five minutes a day they get to themselves, just for them. As a mom of three I know how much those 5 minutes can mean for your sanity!!

Amanda Milliner Art
“The inspiration for my work comes from an innate love of color and light. I specialize in making representational oil paintings of still-life and landscape. My work is rooted in French Impressionism, as I often paint ‘en plein air’ and try to make my marks as intuitive as possible.”

house of velour
The technique used to create this work is based on the theory of Rayleigh-Taylor instability. Originally used in the 1930's by artist David Siqueiros, the technique was recently made popular again by Shelee Carruthers. After studying her methods, Vic Velour spent many hours researching pigments and their densities, before adapting the technique to suit his style of creation.
Known for his negative space and unique compositions, he is able to take what may seem like a series of random occurrences, and exhibit control over them. Luxurious gradients and subtle metallics give way to bold lines of color, building a visual experience that is truly unique. Vic Velour creates pieces that you will want to hold in your hand to fully appreciate.
