Code of Conduct

We love incorporating different personalities, ages, and backgrounds into the space. It's at the heart of building a community. However if the teacher feels threatened, disrespected, uncomfortable (or we have been informed that other attendees are being treated in an unacceptable way) the teacher has the discretion at any time to disinvite an attendee. Any attendees whos behavior has been deemed unacceptable will be asked to leave and will not be eligible for a refund or class credit.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

We understand you want to come be creative with us in this space but sometimes plans change and things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us early – due to our small class sizes and limited schedule we cannot guarantee we would be able to refill your spot last minute.

Less than 14 days from start date we cannot provide refunds for your booked event. Reschedules may be possible on a case-by-case basis depending on studio schedule & is ultimately at the discretion of the business – please contact us if you know you will not be able to make the course at claycovenpottery@gmail.com
